Our Background

Fincredit Uganda Ltd (formerly AAR Credit Services Uganda Ltd) is a non-deposit taking microfinance institution that is regulated by Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority.  It started its operations in the year 2003 as a member of the AAR Group of Companies.

Over the years, the Company has registered tremendous growth through the introduction of a wide range of innovative and beneficial financial products targeting its diverse clientele. We are keen to enrich the lives of our customers and always go out of our way to customize our products to meet the specific needs of each of our customers.  We are focused on growing our business through the opening of a branch network in all major towns in Uganda which has helped in bringing our financial products closer to the clients.

We have a team of dedicated and highly qualified professionals that are committed to providing excellent services to our customers. The company has invested heavily in ensuring that our staff is trained in customer care right from the branch offices to the head office in Kampala.

Fincredit Ltd upholds the best practices in corporate governance.  The majority of our directors are non-executive and are drawn from skilled and experienced business leaders.
